**Motaqen's Role**
- Documenting participants' names and roles through official digital contracts.
- Managing the circle schedule and ensuring payouts are delivered to members on their due dates.
- Providing administrative support and resolving disputes that may arise between participants.
**Commission and Fees**
- The commission paid for this service is an administrative fee that is non-refundable once the circle is activated and the contract is signed.
- The commission amount is determined based on the total circle amount (Small/Medium/Large) as specified in the order invoice

3. Prices, Payments, and Fees
